Answer:
Moving to Turkey would be 'easier', but the most important consideration should be where you actually want to live.
If you move to Turkey, you can go initially on a 90 day entry visa (the one that you get at the airport) and then go to the local Police station to apply for a residence permit. This doesn't entitle you to work - but if you get a job, your employer should apply for a work permit for you (if they don't, you will be working illegally, and could be deported and banned from Turkey for 5 years if caught).
You could also just renew your tourist visa by going to Rhodes before the end of the 90 days, and getting a new one when you re-enter Turkey - but this is not strictly legal, though it is common practice.
For your boyfriend to move to England, the visa process is much more complicated.
Unless you have plans to marry, the only type of visa you can apply for is a Visitor Visa - valid for 6 months, but they are often declined as the Entry Clearance Officers want very good proof that the applicant will return when to Turkey when the visa expires. You can't renew it without him returning at the end of the 6 months.
I'm not suggesting that you should rush any marriage plans in order to get him to England, but if you were planning on marrying, you could either -
apply for a Fiance Visa, which is valid for 6 months, during which time you must have the wedding, and then apply for a Settlement Visa which is for 2 years.
or you could marry in Turkey and then apply for the 2 year Settlement Visa.
Unmarried couples can only apply for Settlement visas if you have been living together for over 2 years, and can provide bills to prove this.
If you want more detailed information about each type of visa, and how to apply, look at the UK Visas website, or try this link http://www.msnusers.com/englishgirlfrien...
On that site, you can ask for advice from members who have been through the process, and can give personal experience.
