Is this the Catch-22 of illegal immigration?

Read this in an article today on MSN. I found it very interesting and think it concisely explains why illegal aliens are not afraid of the US government today.

“I think that when someone comes in this country illegally, it starts a tradition or culture. You come in illegally; everything you do from that point on is illegal. And so it's almost impossible to get a driver’s license or insurance so you just start breaking one law after another. I think it’s seductive. I think after a while ... you don't pay too much attention to rule of law that this country was established on.”

What is your thought?

Answer:
I agree completely with this article. Every move they make is illegal. I supervised a lumber yard for 3 years and I had @ 20 Mexicans working for me. They break the law when they sneak in, when they falsify documents (ie. fake names, birth certificates etc.) and especially fake ss#'s. This should be the easiest thing to catch. These illegals just make up numbers and start using them. So every time they open up a bank account, apply for a vehicle loan, home loan etc. they are committing fraud and that's a federal offense. The Gov't will not crack down on these illegals for one simple reason.. money! Even though, everyone of these illegals, when filling out there w2 forms, file 10 dependents (maximum), they still have to pay a small amount income taxes like social security etc. and the Gov't just pockets this money. The illegals never file taxes at the end of the year or when they are old enough to retire because as soon as they try to get their money back, Immigration Services arrests them. Another example of Gov't letting anything go as long as they're making money from it.
Good point. I think we have to hit businesses that hire illegals very hard. Without jobs, illegals wouldn't stay.
I think that might apply to our governemnt as well. instead of going by laws as they mare made because they should be, they are viewed as " how do I get around this" ?
Bingo, but also their culture is swimming in corruption before they invade here. Its like monkeys do what other monkeys do so what the heck.
Larry is right and we don't need to fine them, they can well afford fines. Put employers in prison. First offense five years mandatory, no early release. Illegals won't be able to find a job in the US within three months of the first employer going to prison. They'll leave then!
That is exactly the way this country, and all other countries in this continent were established: whites came in droves and broke all the rules, because they had force of arms.

The way the Amerindian populations have taken control back in some of the American countries has been by doing two things:

1- disregarding completely the European laws, hierarchies, authority and imposed system.
2- having as many children as possible.

It's the reaction of the people to whom this continent rightfully belongs. We couldn't win by force of arms, but we are better adapted to these lands and thrive in them, reproducing at a much faster rate than races who come from other lands and are not so well adapted to this continent.
It may be true that the undocumented have to continue living in the shadows, not because it is seductive, but out of fear of deportation. But they do win in the long run, because their children born here are true citizens, grow up legal, get an education, speak English well, and become productive members of our society. That article you read was biased fantasy written by someone who has no clue.
