I am getting a EAD works permit and is a spouse of a L1 visa holder, but now we are getting a devorce, can I still use it and can I reply for a new one when it expires
Answer:
Once you get divorced you are no longer the "SPOUSE" of an L-1visa holder. So no you can't continue using the EAD. Once you get a divorce I would suggest you change your visa to B1/B2 visitor so that you don't violate US immigration laws.
PLEASE go talk to an immigration attorney preferable NOT the one you spouse husband uses. Conflict of interest.
