From the way you are explaining it it doesnt sound like you are a US citizen I dont think you can sponsor anyone for any visa. I beleive you must be in the US legally for 5 years before you can apply for citizenship -------

You didn't say if you had your citizenship or not. If you do then you should be able to file a petition. If you are 18 you would have the legal status to do so. You might want to check to be sure you boy friend wants to marry you if you can get him over here.
