What if you marry some one from another country. and they come here. then you learn it is not working
Answer:
Just tell him about your feelings and file for divorce, if he has not been here long enough to become a US citizen he will have to deal with it on his own. Problem solved
Stupid..
just screw them then
Be honest and tell them it's over. Cut your losses before you spend an entire lifetime with someone you don't care about.
Divorce him. Call INS to see if you can free yourself from the sponsorship problem. If he hasn't been here long enough for a green card or citizenship, he can go home. Problem solved.
Tell him right away...the sooner the better.. Honesty is the only fair way to go for both of you. I married an American Citizen and lived there for a couple of years. If it didn't work out I would have come back to my country. Now days we are still married and we live in my country. You might sacrifice friends and family but it must be worth it, otherwise it is no point.
p.s. I agree with Jalisco, about bureaucracy you also have to work it out with him; even if you are no longer a couple, you could still be good friends. You might have some good reasons why you married this guy to beging with, bear it in mind when you talk to him.
That's going to be a difficult problem, as well their family's are going to give them a really tough time about being rejected, but if you must do this you should really set down and have a long talk with this person and be nice to them by all means, getting rejected is not easy.
