My question is im maried in a american citezen we have one daughter they deport me from USAdo i have a chance?
Answer:
no.
You should have come in legally rather than illegally.
If you came in legally and didn't maintain legal status its your own fault.
No sympathy for illegal aliens... they are criminals by definition.
Tell your wife to get the visas needed if she wants to stay married... that she has to move to be with you.
why did they deport you?? Didn't you file for residency??
my friend u can apply for p.r and if have your wife in us then no govt. can stop u from living with them
i hope u came here legally if yes then rite after marraige u should have filed for permanant resident status
otherwise, if u get deported then its your own fault, noone is to blame
i hope thats not the case
my advice immediately file for the permanant residence status
My question is "What US laws did you break?"
If you were deported you must have broken the law. Domestic violence, drugs, etc. I'd say you were also here illegally.
Sorry, you were probably told you couldn't return to the US for at least 10 years and then you needed to return legally not illegally, so I'd say your chances of slim to none.
If you're already deported then your hubby should get your little girl and follow you, if they don't then it's a sign of what he thinks of you.
If you get deported your probably looking at another 10 years to get a visa.
