What should illegal immigrants have to do to become legal immigrants.?
Answer:
Go back and enter with the proper documentation. Anything less than that is a sham on the people that waited for years to come here. When someone starts life here as a lawbreaker they set themselves up for abuse and limited futures.
Go back home and apply to come in the country legally.
They need to go home and stay there. Then maybe just maybe we will let them back in.
First they must leave this country. Then they can apply properly like every other LEGAL immigrant.

I'm really pretty easy going but what I'm seeing happen here is pretty bad. Trash ever where, cars parked illegally ever where,people drunk ever where, the courts over loaded with foreign people, and all the nice apartment building being trashed. Also a friend of mine died trying to stop two "foreigners" from stealing wine. They we deported! He is dead.
I agree. They should be able to become legal by going home, paying the normal immigration fees, and coming legally.
I think they should have to go back to their original country, and stay there. Boom, they're legal .. of the country they belong in!! Amazing eh?
The only thing to do is to marry someone with citizenship or green card. But green card will make very late for you to become legal even 5 years after marriage(with someone who has a green card). Going back means you will not have a chance to back for 10 years, and after that I don't think you will get a visa cause these people keep saying you broke the law! These Americans don't want to let us have a good life! Hope something for illegal immigrants opens up soon.
