You are not in any violation of you L-1 visa. You can marry her and she can summit an I-130, petition for an alien relative, and you would become a legal permanent resident. Since you entered the U.S. legally you do not have to leave the U.S.

No, the visa entitles you to be in the US and work here. Your living arrangements are no-one elses business.
If you decide to get married, you will probably have to leave the US and start with a fiance visa before you can get permanent residency.
The L visa allows for "dual intent" i.e. to be in the US in an non-immigrant status and have the intent to remain here permanently.
You are NOT violating your L status if you a) move in with a US citizen, b) marry a US citizen, c) have children with a US citizen, and d) all of the above.
