I'm an Italian undergraduate in translation, how hard would it be moving to NZ if I would?
Do you think it would be hard moving to NZ and finding a job? My work languages are English and Spanish, my mothertongue Italian, and wouldn't mind working in tourism or education.
Answer:
You wont have any problem finding employment in NZ, our job market is waiting for people such as yourself...below I have listed a website you can have a look at which should answer most of your questions, we are experiencing a huge boom in the job market at present, with a very low figure of unemployed - and still we have many jobs which we dont have enough NZers to fill. Our country is very beautiful, clean and green - but as in most countries, we have bad people too - always exercise caution if you should travel NZ alone, most of us will be very hospitable, but you do have to watch out for those weirdos. A place to live, well with qualifications such as yours, I would chance the city of Wellington, you will most likely find more employment there than any other, as it is the Political capital of NZ, the most cosmopolitan city, but time and experience will show you where you want to stay once you get here. it is winter at the moment, and we are experiencing a very cold climate, with snow too.
Good luck to you whatever you decide to do
