Make your Q/A questions private; I got an email that said this way only those on your contact/fan list can know and not those who are report happy. I just did it to see how that goes because I don't want anyone trailing who is on there. Good luck.

zero...I haven't felt the need to block anyone's opinion...if they become personally insulting to me, then they will be blocked.
Just 2 right now..the one who keeps blogging nonsense about me (on 360), and the other one - I just read where she got suspended, but the only reason I blocked her is because she had blocked me.

Jack, block is different from violating. THe main thing it does is to prevent people from going into your history and violate everything you write. Thats what some of the trolls do. It does flag Yahoo to look into the persons history, if the person has a lot of blocks on it.
Mine is not that long and it's made up of those who has less than 200 points. That means they will drop their account or get suspended quickly and start a new one.

i have room for 7 more. i to am blocking to be safe. to many people on here report because they don't like others opinions. i don't like alot of what i read, but i don't go and report. that's not cool. I'm getting reported also and when you lose your account you lose everything, pics and other info. if people can't handle what is said here then they need not come on. weak back bones need not apply.

None I cant see the point of it I like to see everyones opinion even if they don't like mine but I did take off my email because some people are abusive and petty.

I have not blocked anyone, I believe everyone has a right to express themselves whether I approve of their point of view or not. I did stop asking questions though so who am I to judge... We have some in this particular section who use what tools Yahoo offers to hammer you.
I have not blocked anyone. What's the point? The whole idea of this is to see different ideas, isn't it? I don't know if I've been blocked but if I have it's ok, I won't take it personally. I've had a few violations but I deserved one of them. Answered in anger, not good. Now I don't let it get to be as badly when I read ignorant things. I do find it surprising how many people disagree on very simple things. Especially the illegals.
64 names...The main reason I do it is because the red mark is a quick way to see which questions I don't even need to bother looking at.
I haven't yet, but I may make my questions private, reading what fox says. I HAVE been hit by people at times who go down my list and 'report' best answers to get me violation notices. Y/A generally gives me the points back, but it's annoying.

I had too many report happy trolls stalking me and having my answers removed so the list is long and will probably grow.
