I don't know of any one company that employs the highest, since most the time people try to hide the fact.
I do know in my opinion the Service and Construction industry must have the highest.

A single company? Probably some sort of manufacturing company in California.
I wouldn't say any big companies because they don't because if they got caught with them they would lose Hundreds of millions and some would lose billions.

mostly construction companies, landscapers, farms, anything where it is not as easy to check on.Most fast foods would have to send in a form 8850 showing they have proof they are legal to work in this country, so if they have them working it is under falsified documents.
Border patrol.
The farm and food industry are the greatest offenders. The skilled trade industries are using them too. In the larger picture the whole issue is bankrupting the state budgets and the middle class. The industries that hire them are just criminal but there is very little penalties for breaking this law. New laws with teeth need to be passed. I am all for legal immigrants with papers to work, but we need to know who we are hiring.
The rich, in their homes as servants, gardners or use them in their sweat shops!
California-since it's right across from Mexico- you must remember that not only Mexicans cross that border-this people are employed for less than minimum wages-this illegals are so hungry for what we have. which is a better future. that they don't care how they are paid or mistreated. I have seen a lot of them employed at restaurants both high & low class. also they do all the farm work out in the 102 to 110 degree weather.
