What can i expect from the citizenship questions in terms of literacy?

How are the questions gonna be? Is it only the government questions? How are the literacy questions going to be like? My sister is applying for citizenship and she doesn't understand alot of English. Are the questions going to be like: write a paragraph describing the reasons why you came to the U.S.? or are the questions different?

Answer:
How hard the question depends on your sister's education level. If she has a college degree, they will ask harder questions. She should understand all the questions on the N-400 she filed. During the interview, they will ask some questions from the N-400.

They will ask some general question about US:
1) who is the president of the U.S.?
2) who is the governor of new york?
3) What color is the Amercan flag?

those are the questions they tend to ask. Your sister should know some basics about the US history.

The interviewer will say couple sentences and ask your sister to write it down on the paper.
