4. Will the judge go ahead if the alien appears without an attorney
5.What if the alien has ties here in the US and has been in the US for 18 years and has never committed any crimes, will ther judge take all of that into consideration.

It would be hard for someone to have straightforward answers to your questions. I doubt even a judge could answer your #2 question definitively.
