Well the actual numbers of estimation are higher it's more like 33 million with 12 million being Hispanic or Latino.The other 21 million are Russian,Middle Eastern etc.I think it would turn into a nightmare of confusion and CITIZENS ending up in deportation centers.There HAS to be a better way something like that which has been discussed before.With a visa system.

We wont have to. Strengthen our borders, enforce our labor laws, and cut off access to our tax payer subsidized social services like school and healthcare.....they'll be outta here in a New York Minute all on their own!

Cut off their access to employment, welfare, food stamps, free medical, housing, education and most of the illegal aliens will leave as a matter of survival.

As for Spazzz...You are absolutely wrong. Depending on the poll 65-80% of Americans think that amnesty is wrong and around 66-70% think that cutting benefits and strengthening our border is the answer. SO...You and your narrow mind are in the VAST minority.
I think it's a scare tactic. We need to spend the money now to deport them, because it would be even more expensive to deport 50 million people. Besides, it is not necessary to deport all of them. When there was an increase in immigration raids, I did not notice it , by the news or this place, but by a couple of Hispanics begging in the streets last month. I've seen one hispanic beg previously. I figure there was some raids, that scare the illegal immigrants fro showing up to work. Raids actually prevent people from coming and some of them would go home when they have a hard time finding a job. According to what DAR posted on my question, I believe the reason why we are in so deep is that we weren't doing any raid previously.
My friends and I could take about 500 or so per week in the back of our pickups if the law would let us. I bet there is at least 20 million Americans that would make a trip to our southern border hauling a load of these criminals, stacked like cord-wood of course, just to clean up their neighborhoods.

The only people who did that in the whole history of mankind were Stalin and Mao. So if they could do it, Americans can too, but remember, Stalin and Mao are not perceived as the "good guys" in the history books.
We ALL know that the highway patrol cannot stop every speeder. Does this mean that they should never stop anyone? Just because it is felt by us that a task is impossible, does not mean that we should ignore the task.
It is my belief that we should deport every illegal alien we find, and give a worker visa at the border, along with directions to the location the last person deported worked.
If I had my way, I would build the fence. I would then immediately start deporting the millions of illegals, for whatever country they come from. And, I would immediately issue the 12 million worker visas to aliens. These visas would be valid as we deport illegals. Finally, I would never give a line-pass to anyone here illegally. That would be like telling your child, who you catch at Disneyland cutting in line, that he can stay there. No self-respecting parent would do so, and there are plenty of people waiting patiently for a legal worker visa.
Like that's ever going to happen... *sigh*

got to wonder where spazz gets his figures because he is totally wrong. The big problem is that nobody trust congress to do what they are promising in the bill. It was tried in 1986 and they didn't do squat to secure the border then either. Proper work place enforcement and a cut off of social programs and they will leave on their own
