Since when do illegal invaders/immigrants have civil rights when after all their lawbreakers and not AMERICAN.
Answer:
All right. I'm cutting the non-sense right now, to all the brown berets out there saying that if you are white you are an illegal-immigrant. 2 things wrong with this statement:
1: illegal - forbidden by law or statute.
2: immigrant is defined as - A person who leaves one country to settle permanently in another.
If you were born here (Legally In the USA) you are a citizen.
Anyone that says naturalized Anglo-Saxon persons are illegal, please collaborate i.e. what laws? (IN WRITING) and lastly (on this subject) if you were born here you are NOT an illegal-immigrant, hence the two definitions. Nothing can be clearer. Finally, civil means: applying to ordinary citizens. In other words, not a citizen, no civil rights!!!!!
They have human rights, as far as we wont hurt or kill them, but they do not have civil rights of the United States and will not be treated as Americans, or receive the same benefits of this country.
They don't have civil rights because they aren't citizens!!!! They may scream and cry and DEMAND rights, but they don't have any.
I heard that an illegal alien group didn't learn from the last "Day without an immigrant" protest (the one that showed that we really don't need them because the day went great). Well another is being planned for May 1st. I can't wait!!!
A group in Los Angeles said that they "DEMAND" that deportations stop because these raids are hurting "hard working immigrants" and that their rights are being violated by these raids. Didn't mention that they are illegal alien criminals.
Please don't call me racist because I'm not. I just want people to obey the laws. Illegal alien criminals are breaking the law and they have no civil rights.
Welcome to the world of politics. Our Ancestors came over here through the legal process but they through illegal means.
do you live in america?
Were you born here?
Is your ancestry from Europe Asia or Africa?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, it is more likely that your grandparents were illegal immigrants.
According to kats I am illegal not Mexicans
Rights are for those that can afford them. Sadly, some of us can afford them. Let that be a lesson on the American way.
The bill of rights apply to anyone within its borders, regardless of their immigration status.
