Need to know the next step after K-1 visa and marriage in US. What form should be filed immediately after?

My fiance came over on a K-1 visa. We were married shortly after. NOW WHAT? What form is required ? Should i file a I-130 (petition for alien spouse) or should I file a I-485 petition for change of status? HELP!
