When the law protects gang-banger, organized crime, identity theives, illegal immigrants and those who hire, harbor and help them, they can afford anything they want. They can steal it, get our tax dollars to pay for it, use our parks and services without paying and even get protection against landlords as they violate the provisions in their leases. If we law-abiding citizens do nothing, this situation will continue to grow.

They don't pay any taxes, EXCEPT sales tax.
