Any where, lets face it with immigration, smoking ban, speed camera's and high taxation, any where has got to be better.Sorry my answer is a bit muted, but got a violation, so have to watch what i say, who said its a free country ?

Seriously though, we seem to have British immigrants everywhere here, but I suppose that's typical because I hear of lots of people emigrating to North American but not many leaving.
I was told spain. THere is alot of English moving to California, where I live, and also Australia.

When you already live in the fith richest nation on earth your options can be limited and come with a large chunk of; the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Maybe not a better life but just different perhaps.

Unsurprisingly, the top countries are Oz, Spain, Canada and US. Bloody immigrants, taking all the houses/jobs/women/blah!
Spain, where they are the bane of the Spanish and the South of France, where they are the bane of the French; Lowri Turner was Chairing the Wright Stuff on Five this morning and mentioned this very aspect of her last visit to the South of France two years ago. Jam packed full of little Englanders walking around incandescent at the insolence of the French not speaking English in France. Priceless!
I dunno and I'm Welsh not English but given that its impossible to get a decent job over here (despite having a degree) I wish I knew because I'd bloody go there!
