Can a non professional Canadian work in the U.S.?
Unfortunately, I am not a professional and don't not fall into any categories under NAFTA. Can I still apply for work visa, such as TN Visa?
I work in manager grade for over 4 years in healthcare and market research. Does it help? I graduated from Economics.
Thanks!
Answer:
You do not qualfy for a TN visa because you have a nonprofessional trade. You can apply for a temporary workers visa, H2B. You have to find an employer to sponsor you and to summit the I-129 form at the CIS office. Go to the nearest U.S. Embassy and inquiry about openings in the U.S. for temporary workers.
Note: these jobs are usually the ones that no one in the U.S. are willing to do, like planting pine threes, reforesting, construction, any labor nonprofessional job.
Good luck!
Unfortunately, your job falls into the McJob catagory. Lots of people can do it. So many so, that we farm these jobs out overseas now days.
Yes, illegal Mexicans do it all the time.
yes but US immi. is a lottery?
you probably couldn't find a job...too many illegals
see that is part of the problem everyone wants to come here because they cant find jobs where they are stay there and find a job
