I think the only way we are going to STOP illegal Immigration is to closely follow the United States Constitution. The United States Army primary purpose as defined in Article 1 is to protect the United States from Invasion. Well, isn't that whats happening? We have 12 million Invaders in this country. They are not Immigrants, so please do not insult the millions of Lawful persons who have taken the time to enter our country legally. They should rightly be called "invaders" and here is why. [1] they insist on the indiginent (those of us here already, ie. CITIZENS) people to be forced to learn their language, and their culture. { Remember another group of people who did this?? In a little country called the Czech republic in 1938?} {2} They use our own Naive and misguided people against us to suit their own aims. { Gee if you want these felons deported you must be a racist!! } [{and how many Gypsies, and Jews would have been rounded up with out the help of the local populace?}] {3} There is a BORDER between the United States and MEXICO. That means to those people who tend to think otherwise that THERE IS NO FREE PASSAGE FROM ONE COUNTRY TO THE OTHER WITH OUT CREDENTIALS. Stop and think of that "politically incorrect" but factually true term used to describe those 12 million invaders of our country. "ILLEGAL Aliens" To all of the people who think is ok, what part of ILLEGAL to you NOT understand? I think the only Immigration Bill that should be passed is one in which the Millions of dollars spent on so called "Social Services" for these invaders is diverted to the United States Army and used to SEAL the border with LETHAL FORCE. The catch and release program is stupid, and only teaches them how to avoid getting caught after 4-5 tries. The Lethal Force program would teach them after the FIRST try. I do believe that this is one case where Juan would definately LEARN from Pablo's mistakes.

I think we should :
First : build a fence, a BIG fence along the whole border
Two: If they are illegal, kick em out. NO exceptions.
Three: If they re gang bangers, send em to the mexican priison system, or whatever their nationality (Again no exceptions)
Four: Document every illegal here, if they come back they go to Iraq.

I have lived around illegal aliens for a good part of my adult life , they are generally not a problem, most are nice people. While I think some would make wonderful citizens others seem to have a problem with the law. I just don't know what we should do, but we can't keep putting the burden on the middle class of working people while corp. CEO get richer and farmers keep screaming " We have no workers" What 12 million illegal and none of them want to do farm work? What's up with that and NAFTA? I purpose if a employer hires and illegal alien they had better be giving them health care benefits or paying fines so huge that it is cheaper to obey the law.
I disagree on this particular anmesty bill. Illegal aliens have broken the law, why should they now gain from a new law? My son works as an immigration officer and it is amazing how many illegal aliens we have in this country and how many of them are working hard to bring in more illegals!!
My family emmigrated to the United States of America during the Irish persecution and the did so legally. They came through Ellis Island. I am currently disabled and live on $643/mo. We have heard how much at risk the Social Security department is, why should an illegal alien be elligible to draw benefits when I have to struggle to exist? I worked as much and as long as I was able. I was married for 30 years and then my husband divorced me - said God told him to. I can't draw from him for six more years so I live from hand to mouth. But our government wants to hand out tax credits!! No thank you!!
I think that anyone caught here illegally should be shot, I'll bet that sends a lot of the others home and stops the rioting!! No, I really do not believe in shooting anyone, but what gives anyone the right to demand that services be given them in any language other than American? What gives anyone here illegally any rights at all? If an illegal is humanely imprisoned and returned to their country that is more than they should expect and they should say, "Thank you". I am certain they will have been here long enough to have learned that much of the American language.
I do not believe anyone should be allowed into this country unless it is legally.
Build a fence, shoot anyone trying to sneak through. Make the process of becoming a citizen much simpler to become.
Requirements for citizenship: Learn ENGLISH in a year or less. No free rides, work or get out.

And this guy called in and said he was looking at a big gang of people crossing the border illegally! Like I said, citizens with guns. If you consider that out of the 12 million illegal immigrants, at least 11 million are Mexicans, I think an amnesty would be unfair for the people that keep waiting years for been accepted as legal immigrants.
The United States has accepted millions and millions of immigrants from all the countries of the world, but none country but Mexico has more than 10% of its whole population livong in America.
I'd suport an amnesty for no more than 100,000 people from each country, including 100,000 mexicans, and this not before the situation of people waiting for an immigrant visa has been cleared.

I break the law and you tell me that it is OK. There are people that are in jail and they get Amnesty. A rule should apply to us all and if the law is broken then tell me to go home. It is like war and the winner admits they are worth less and will work for less. The only thing is we are going to put one of those hidden taxes on the public for our health care, hell I can not afford it and neither can most of your middle class. Gangs are the least of your worries because we are going to take over all the buildings in the small cities that walmart ran out of town and make it because you are going to give us a subsidy to start our own shops. You will have to stop the farm subsidy because of the debt you have to us and the Amnesty. We are the new working class and we work for so little that the old working class ,the new poor, will have to leave the country and find a home in a refugee camp. The government is going to pay for them and it looks like an opportunity for our middle class for medical and housing. We could change the world.
