I am happy to hear that Citizenship was obtained in a legal fashion. I would hope that once citizenship is obtained, the government would not be so much of a bother. i don't think that the law will change to where citizenship is taken away. If it does, and the government takes away your citizenship, I will surely write to my congressman on your behalf.

Your situtation does not apply here, because we got wetbacks from colombia too that went through my land and got helped by the Mexicans/Americans to cross the border F U!

One of the main reasons illegal immigration upsets me so much is because of people like you, who take the time out and put effort in to get legal and stay legal.. While these individuals come here with no respect towards our nation or its policies - get a free meal ticket.. Believe me, you're not on your own in this at all.. Those of us born here don't have to worry about doing all the paperwork and making payments, but that doesn't mean I'm happy with what my government is doing to you guys.. We oppose legalizing illegals, but SUPPORT those who have come here legally and we welcome them with open arms.
If our leaders would have enforced our original immigration laws, we would have absolutely no need to change them in the first place. Now, we have to deal with the constant flow of illegals swarming into this nation because our government doesn't care.. In the end, you're the one who will have to end up paying more money to stay legal because of the politicians who support illegal immigration, and because of disrespectful individuals who couldn't care less about the American way of life.

Congradulations. It is good to have you here in this country.If all immigrants would do this .. This is what makes our country great though. I hope you don't have any problems but at least you do not have a record of any kind. Does this mean you are a citizen now?

It's hard to take this person's story seriously when the name of their supposed native country is spelled incorrectly.
i think your case is rear. especially cause theres different laws for immigration in different countries. you think people from other countries wouldn't do that if it was that easy? how long ago was this 20 -30 years. the laws are much different now and its not that easy anymore because of the illegal immigration debate going on.

Can you imagine how the older legal immigrants from back when Latin Americans still had to follow the rules feel about this newer generation essentially being allowed to waltz over the border line? I mean, they nearly had to jump through hoops of fire to get here, and here are all the MS-13 Salvatrucha gangbangers just pouring over our bullet-ridden border.
