Job Application?

Im applying for a job right now but I have another job that Im currenly working. In the application it says if I am still employed should I say yes or that would make them to not hire me?

Answer:
Just answer with the truth. The fact that you have a job does not mean that they will not hire you. What you are doing is trying to get a better job, and that speaks highly of you.
You will be hired based on your qualifications not your current employment status
Tell the truth. It is not a problem, tell them you will give your present employer a two week notice when hired in your new job.
say yes, dont lie, and if you say no, you cant put your current job down as a refernce, dont lie, its a bad thing.
Say yes. If you lie about that you could get yourself into bigger lies. If there is room on the application, explain your situation. Good Luck :]
No. The fact that you have a job right now will not hurt your chances of them hiring you.
Answer "yes" and if is asks a reason for leaving, put down, you';re looking for a better position. This shows to have ambition and want to better yourself.
These are good qualities to have. Good luck!
For several reasons - you should say yes that you are employed.

1. It's the truth. Often employers can (and will!) terminate an employee if they find out they falsified anything on their application. This isn't always because they care about the answer itself, it's because they want to know their prospective employee is trustworthy. Think about it, would you want to work with somebody who was a known liar?

2. Employers LIKE to hire people who are already employed. It shows that the prospective person is not a dead beat, that they are employable, trustworthy, and willing to work.

So, fill out the application with complete honesty. When you get to the interview stage, you can always clarify any situations. And tell them at that point that you need to give 2 weeks' notice to your current employer. While they might want you to start right away, this is a courtesy that shows the new employer that you are probably not going to walk out and leave them in a lurch should something better come along for you down the road.
