Does anyone know how to remove or appeal an immigration warrant for deportation?

j: Please see a real lawyer about this. Be sure to find an AILA member immigration lawyer. Avoid notarios (nonlawyers) who give immigration advice, because you have no protection if they give you bad advice. If a real lawyer gives you bad immigration advice, you will likely be able to reopen your case and start over again from the point before you received the bad advice.
A good immigration lawyer should be able to reopen this matter. Please get the phone book and turn to "attorneys" and look under "immigration".

Your husband needs to comply with the law and turn himself in.
And WHY didn't he turn himself in?
Your best bet is to find a good lawyer ASAP.
No, more than likely he will get deported. It all depends on what your husband was originally going to be deported for. If it was for getting too many felony convictions in the U.S. then more than likely there is no way to appeal it, they are just going to deport him because he did not take the responsiblity to take care of his legal issues.

He should of went to court now he should turn him self in.
I hate to tell you this. He's going to be deported, sooner or later, and he will be excluded for a minimum of 10 years. Maybe you'd better think about moving back with him.
