1-751 for with or without lawyer?
Answer:
That's too much money to give an attorney. What he can do you can do. I did it by myself.
All you have to do is make sure everything is correct, go over the documents several times. If there's NO reason for it to be denied, it won't. If there is anything wrong with your papers or something is missing, they'll just send them back to you and you can fix whatever is wrong and resend them. It might slow the process down, but as I said.. if there's NOT a serious problem with you, it will NOT be denied.
Just be very careful and follow the instructions.
Good luck.
.
dude, just do it with a lawyer, It will cost you alot. but do it with a lawyer. if you do it on your own you might get it wrong and then you'll get more problems.
Who cares; I dont'!! 2 points!!
Depends! :)
If you feel comfortable that you can read and follow the instructions on the I-751, do it yourself.
If there are some issues you are concerned with such as arrest, physical separation, etc., it is better to talk to a lawyer or some community-based immigration organization.
In any event $2,500 for I-751 is excessive!
Hope this helps.
