Not for Yahoo. This is censorship heaven for lib media!
The News message boards were infested with trolls spewing out drivel that was as often as not racist and riddled with four-letter words. mytend.com is light-years better, but still not perfect.
Well, have you ever tried to follow anything on the news message boards? This way, there is a question, everyone answers it, and the world is happy.
If everyone would follow the community guidelines, there would be no issues. Unfortunately, not everyone does, and then cries foul when their question/answer is deleted. Maybe now with the "block user" feature, this will change. Someone can block the user they don't like, as opposed to getting their question/answer deleted.
I agree with you! The message boards were crazy, but still very informative. I personally think there are more trolls on here that are much more dangerous. I don't know HOW many times that I see some sicko trying to make rude sexual comments about what they want to do to kids or pets, and even the THOUGHT makes me mad..I don't recall them on the prior news boards..I DO remember of people making fun of a certain few people like Wife from 7th Heaven or a few others like her. But on the whole it was decent and you were able to learn quite a bit on it.
I totally agree with you!! The censorship here is getting out of control.
Sorry but I never considered it was a replacement for anything. It is entertainment only!
