That makes me more sick of this problem and more pissed off at the damn illegals and our own government!
Why do they get all of those goodie for breaking the law, and no taxes etc? We taxpayers have to pay for their lawyers? That's gonna get the citizens and taxpayers very mad!

It's called the MIRANDA Rights Act. Constitutionally, they have the right to an attorney for any illegal/criminal act if caught and have to go to court. It is a federal act not by state and must be said to each person arrested. They are using the Miranda Rights Act which is their right legal or illegal. Sorry.
