How hard would it be to take resident on the UK or Ireland?

if i was to want to move to either of these places how hard would it be to get into that place and find a job and make it my home, what would i haft to do?

You have to live in the UK for 2 years before you can apply for residency. But first you have to get here.
Would suggest a work visa.
