Im a Portuguese Canadian living in the England and wondering what my rights are. Im currently 31 weeks pregnant with my boyfriends baby who is British. I've only been in the UK for 7 1/2 months, Im not claiming anything, not working or anything like that. I would like to stay and live here in England and raise our child here.

This depends on a lot of things. Is your boyfriend British? Does he have any other nationalities? How long have you been in England, and with what kind of visa did you come?
Do you hold a Portuguese passport or id card? If so, you are allowed to stay in the UK since you are an EU citizen. If not, if you've been living with your boyfriend long enough (2 years), you may be able to get a visa as an unmarried partner. You can also get married and apply for a spousal visa.
There are also have certain visas you can enter with as a Canadian. I hope you haven't overstayed your current visa already, as that can make things more difficult for you, although, since you're 31 weeks along, traveling isn't really an option.
