You may also be interested in know that Mexico itself loses more people each year to illegal immigration than the number of people who die in Mexico every year.
The statistics on American deaths by illegals and car accidents also do not include injured, just as those from Iraq do not include injured. This are only death stats.
The combat death stats are from an anti war site not a government site. You may want to compare deaths in this war to World War I, World War II, Vietnam and Korea and you will see that it is no where near their toll.

Now as far as our porous borders, I'm against them as well. I want security and I want law-abiding people in this country.

I think, simplifying it greatly, the answer is compassion. People want to believe the world can be a better place and by stopping the war deaths and keeping our borders open to allow those seeking a better life to come here, they are helping to achieve that goal. Unfortunately the reality of open border migration not only allows the sincerely motivated by a need to be PART of our society but it also allows those with less honorable intent access. What's the solution? Don't know. I do know that I feel our military and our country would be better served by being a DEFENSIVE force rather than an offensive weapon, sent all over the world in response to political gain.
Although I believe you believe in the accuracy of your statistics, always keep in mind that,However, the news or statistics never really report on how many people, whether American or not, are killed by Americans. Then if you look at the estimated number of illegals in the U.S. by the government, you can see that only a small percentage committ crimes, minus the fact that they've crossed illegally. The "amnesty" you talk of wouldn't pardon them from crimes they have committed. In my opinion, the two are not connected; therefore, it is not hypocrisy. The problem is, too many people base their opinions off of the news and politicians without forming their own opinions based on a variety of information from a variety of reliable sources.
why are you not showing how many americans kill other americans? I don't think that every single murder in this country has been done by an illegal?

i like the fact that you don't mention anything about how many Americans committed far more crimes to AMericans like murder, rape, etc.
