You could not be more right. Bush has lost his ever loving mind. Though he is doing it because he thinks we need the cheap labor. It will create a hysteria and a huge influx of immigrants before the date that it goes into effect. We need to put up a wall, close our borders, send them all home and get rid of this bill.
Our sovereignty is at stake!
Neither does anyone else. The only thing I know is if they pass this they will get voted out of office. It may take 4 years or 6 years but we will never forget.
Because the politicians want the Hispanic vote. Don't you see it's all about the election and the quest for power.
I say NO AMNESTY and deport all illegal aliens. The USA would be a much better place, no one can deny that.

Look on CNN.com at the quick vote and you will see that 64% of the people who voted, do not want this bill passed.

It has nothing to do with security, it has ALL TO DO with the integration of the economies of Mexico, United States and Canada. The politicians are selling us all out with the propaganda talk while behind your backs they are quietly dissolving the sovereignty of the USA.
Soon you will no longer have the US Dollar as currency no more. It will be the Amero for all of North America.

The people who want this "immigration" bill want to legitimize a huge, willing, undereducated batch of social dependents to help solidify a power base created between industry and government.
BTW, if you are illegal, you are an illegal alien, not an immigrant. Illegal aliens are burdening our social services to the breaking point, and our government created the problem with its negligent failure to secure our borders, mostly for the benefit of the agricultural industry. All the USG has to do is enforce existing laws (like the last amnesty bill, 1986) and most of this problem will disappear back to where it came from. Then we can decide what to do about those who remain.
We shoud adopt the same policy Mexico uses for illegal aliens who sneak across their southern border - jail them and extort all the money we can from their families.
