The "seeking a better life" argument tested with analogy?
My life would also be better if I did not have to pay for my groceries. I would much rather select the items I need and not have to bother with the check-out process. Just grab and run.
Can anyone else think of laws they could break in order to make their lives better? Should we go ahead and do it?

Hmmm. What are laws, anyway? The government makes laws and then says we "can't" enforce them. If we all started doing what you suggest, would they say they "can't" enforce the laws? Only if you paid them off, somehow.

i would like to pay a dollar for each bill i get. i would also like to run crooked cops off the road. but i can't, I'll go to jail for going against the law.
I don't like paying more than my fair share of taxes to support illegals in this country so I should get amnesty on the portion I decide not to pay. I also want to be given amnesty on my families portion of the current national debt (beats free groceries doesn't it:) ). I want the government to provide me with a free car and insurance anytime I decide I need one.
And how about just going to the doctor of my choice for free? Oh I could go on.

HHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM my life would be better if I no longer had to pay my bills. If I no longer had to pay my house payment, my truck payment, and my insurance.
My life would be better if I could take out a $175,000 2nd and turn my kitchen into a gourmet kitchen AND not pay the payments!! ;0)

Lets see who are the illegals taking money from?
From the government and the taxpayer. Where they are working with fake papers and paying taxes but never filing claims for a return.
And of course when they take the taxes from their paychecks they have to pay less then we do.
But they must be taking the jobs of all the American people.
You know the ones who are lining up to work in the fields for 10 - 12 hrs a day for minimum or less. Taking the jobs of all the American people who say they are too good for this job.
