South America is a HUGE exporter of Cocaine.
Mexico exports pot, heroin, cocaine, sometimes GHB, Ecstasy,
pretty much anything you want, Mexico has it, somewhere down there.
Cuba? I'm not sure about these days, but in the 70's, pot and Peruvian Flake Cocaine were the main exports.
