In you jump the Canadian Border and stayed in Canada and worked you would be an illegal immigrant. If you appealed for status as a refugee you might be able to stay.
Word play. Just word play. An illegal alien from any country coming into America are not automatically "American" anything. Those sneaking into America and who are of Mexican descent are undocumented Mexicans. They don't have legal documents to be in this country and are therefore undocumented people. If you do the same thing and go into Canada you will be an undocumented alien in Canada.
