what about health care? illegals are bringing in diseases, but some think it's ok...and once all the hospitals close and the lib's get all of us and the amnesty illegals on a govt run healthcare system, then we'll have clinics reusing needles like russia and canada

If we pull out of Iraq that freed up money will not go to illegal immigration issues as much as I would like it to . They will funnel it off towards other things. They could enforce it if they wanted but they dont
i don't know where you get the idea they reuse needles in canada. obvious you do not live in canada which has a higher standard of living than the US.

Obviously wars of ambition don't serve America in the long run. The iraqi war was part of a greater religious crusade by protestant fanatics in the USA government (150 of them graduated from Pat Robertson's Regent College) and much to their surprise hasn't gone well. It seems they haven't bothered to look up the term "infidel".
The issues you have posed are NOT directly related to the war in Iraq. These problems and many others (homelessness, poverty, education, and care for the elderly) have been around for years.
If you want to change the world, quit sending the same people to Washington every time they decide to run for office. Send new faces and ideas to Washington. Think about it this way: The group of minds that creates a problem are not the group of minds that will come up with a solution to the problem.
I do not support the war in Iraq. I was all for it, based upon the information given at the time of the initial build-up of troops, but since then, more information has come to light to indicate Bush was on a vendetta. I cannot support his endeavors. I back our troops 1000%, but will not support Bush or his need to be "Daddy's little trooper". He had his chance in the late '60s and decided to dodge the war at hand.
I agree with you actually. Am i the only that feels we are being too nice? I know i'm going to get bashed for saying this. We need to go back to WW2 tactics. It only took 2 atom bombs and it was night night for that war. I know the damaged it caused, but did you forget pearl harbor?
People have gone soft now. Our guys and gals in the military are still what their Fathers and mothers were. I applaud them for everything they do. But what their orders are, are utter suicide missions at this point.
I may seem harsh, but they literally dropped an atom bomb on the twin towers. I think it's time to return the favor. How about we get the people out and then bomb the enemy?
They killed our innocent people and yet we can't kill theirs? We need to stop acting like the good guy and just do what gets the job done. The armed forces are good, the commander isn't.

Jeff B...brilliant idea except Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. I suppose you could nuke Iraq anyway to kill the element of Al Queda that is there but kinda screwed for the innocent Iraqs don't you think, who will have to deal with the residual of a nuke?

Every other Nation/Country on this planet is in direct competition with every other Nation/Country for resources, political,military and economical might, we could do nothing on the international scene, to maintain our standards of living, and ways of life, and look only at domestic issues. While all at the same time every other nation on this planet rises above us, than all of a sudden a cold chill runs through your spine when you realize that now your country is vulnerable to attack, whether it be economical, political, or an out right invasion.
The United States of America does what it does for many reasons, and believe it or not, every playground has a Bully and on this Playground (Planet Earth) the USA is the biggest dog around. If we dont maintain that by using our various methods most which are not by military force, than someone else will take that role and bully us around. This is simple facts of life. A fact of life which has existed since before history since before the first man ever walked this earth.
