Most Americans don't want to adopt teenagers. We've got tons of American teens right here that we could adopt, but they are in the foster care system as wards of the state. Most Americans want babies ... the younger the better.
Contact whoever represents Angelina Jolie.its been a few weeks since her last adoption and she is probably ready for another child

If I could pick a country to live it certainly wouldn't be there. If i were you I would find out as much about the U.S as possible first...and I think you'll find there are many other countries in the world that are alot easier to live in than America.
America is renowned for racism, violence, terrorism, poverty, drug abuse, murders, rapes.. the list goes on.
