I love the feature for blocking. I only block those who are really in your face with things like "Viva Mexico" and "Aztlan this or that" and "We're here to stay, get used to it!" and any who post racist comments or statements that are meant to simply stir things up in a mean and nonproductive way.
I also like that Yahoo said they will monitor those who are most commonly blocked and those people will be shut down. Even if they keep re-emerging under new identities, I just keep on blocking them as soon as I feel offended by their posts and comments. Love it! One of the first that I blocked was the one called Gli... Ha!
uunfortunately they re-spawn...is there a limit to how many we can block?
I am against amnesty, but excluding some really nasty in your face dirty comments it's good to hear both sides, otherwise you are preaching to the choir
I don't block anyone. I feel that Pro-illegals should be afforded equal opportunity chances to be just as stupid as I know they are.
I'm not too familiar with this new feature yet, but I really don't want to block anyone. That would sort of take the fun out of it.

How do you block them?? I know about 15 off the top of my head I want to block!!! I'm tired of that Aztlan crap too (and a lot of other crap).

I've blocked two trolls.. one of them has upgraded to stalker status. She just created another profile to keep insulting me. I've blocked that but she'll probably create another to insult me some more.
She seems to have this idea that I'm a hypocrite because I'm anti-illegal-immigration and yet I have dual citizenship (I'm British through my parents and Australian through my birth) but I went through all the proper channels to get my citizenship unlike others who would just hop on a boat. I believe the problem stems from her inability to differentiate from illegal immigration and legal immigration.
She amuses me the same way little children do. ^_^
Well, none yet, but some sure do spew some awful viewpoints that are not only incorrect but taunt in their delivery. I'll keep it in mind should I encounter it again.
I see one of your answerers, supergod33, tried to use a quote to state his viewpoint, in opposition to yours, but failed to convince me that the Mexican illegals are comparable to the starving Irish, hated Christians, and new world seekers who were advertised to in order to entice them to populate this country at various times. Mexican illegals have just as many resources as the our United States do, they are not starving, they just want more money--pure and simple greed, striving for the almighty dollar does not guarantee them a place in my town, state, nor country. They need to go home and apply to come here like everyone else. AND remember, when the immigrants arrived at Staten Island and had anything that looked like a disease, they were sent right back on that long ship voyage home.. They don't have to come here, they want to---so what! And that makes them more special than the rest of the people of the world who would also like to come here? This is not the United States of Mexico, we cannot handle the influx of illegal immigrants. The Border Patrol and all law enforcment agecies need to do their damn jobs and not be treated worse than the illegals who shouldn't have our rights at all. booyah
There have been a few on this board now and then I would want to block. But preaching to the choir isn't a debate, and doesn't teach me anything.
