Who has the best health care system Canada or England?
Answer:
England.
I live in Canada and I'm sorry but it's not FREE health care. I work my *** off to get "free" health care except that 46% of my hard earned income is taken from me by the government to pay for welfare bums and health care.
Not free at all!! Americans may have to pay for their health care but at least they're getting proper care!
Canada has cut back on dental, surgeries, eyes, etc unless you're a welfare bum. then you get it all for free! Great freaking Country!
Don't get me wrong I love Canada I just hate welfare bums.
According to the World Health Organization, England is #18, Canada is #30. USA is #37 despite being the most expensive.
CANADA !! BY FAR! England is cold, fogy, and rainy
Not sure about england but canadas' is good if your going to get your teeth cleaned or for a check up, but if something is wrong with you like cancer you better get the hell out of there and head to the U.S! Socialized health care is good for getting your teeth cleaned but if you need a specialist or a second opionion or some tests run anytime soon the U.S has the best health care in the world bar none.
the World Health Organization's rankings are based on cost, not Quality, hell by thier rankings San Marino is 3, Andorra is 4, Malta is 5, Singapore is 6, spain is 7, and oman is 8. i see a lot of people going there to get the heart transplants, lol! If i get sick i would want to go to a doctor in the united states! ever hear of the mayo clinic or johns hopkins?
Depends which kinds of care you need...
For burnings, trauma, we look to be the best, cancer, and others, England may have the lead...
they would all come here for health care if they could..
Well it isn't Canada, they come down to the USA all the time for treatment. Cananda may be free, but who cares if you die before you can get to see the doctor.
My Dad taught me: "It never costs more to go first class."
Neither country has great health care. Government regulated Health Care Programs suck eggs because without monetary incentives for betterment, doctors and professionals in health care who are well qualified, go where the dough is. And why not? We all want better incomes, don't we.
I was in a British hospital, and it was pretty sorry, and I was in South Kensington area. I've never been to Canadian hospitals, but sure see heaps of them in the US.
The USA, from what I have heard! I live in the UK myself, and our waiting-list is long and terrible. Only advantages are, ours is cheaper in the UK, or even free for smaller things, yeah!
