How does this make you feel 11 illegal aliens sue for violating their constitutional and civil rights?
Soon, we will soon see that illegals have MORE rights, privileges, benefits, and freedoms than US citizens. These will include:
— Instate college tuition (for any state in the union)
— Free medical care
— Ability to drive without a license
— Ability to vote without ID
— No requirement to pay taxes
— No SS# required for a bank account or loan
In short, a totally different set of laws applies to them. I might even start pretending to be illegal!
But the argument keeps being “Constitutional rights” and common sense says that’s only U.S. citizens. Osama bin Laden shouldn’t have Constitutional rights because he’s not a citizen, but a terrorist.
And , pandering to illegals, funding illegals, while not helping but displacing the American worker is not only insane and criminal, it is national suicide by our smiling NAU / SPP and probably NWO politicians.I hope this decision still stands as far as "constitutional rights" for illega aliens are concerned...

This country is really going to have some problems when citizens start fighting for the same 'rights' as illegals. But I think it's time to start. Maybe then our government will see the need in sealing the border and enforcing our laws.
Makes me rather angry. As far as I am concerned the only right that should be afforded illegals is the right to get out. I say ship them back as they are caught and control our borders. NO AMNESTY!

How can you have rights under a Constitution which does not represent you? If you’re illegal,you HAVE no rights,except to be sent back home!! The Sheriff's department should subpoena every single one of them as witnesses. When they arrive in court, jail every single one of them and start deportation hearings.
My friend who is going through tough times wishes he was an illegal too! He'd be living comfortably if he was. I cannot believe, we, the Americans, have to demand our own rights but yet, the illegals' rights are handed to them on a silver platter. Our government is really screwed up. Stupid political correctness crap is ruining our country. The illegals are already getting instate tuition rates and all the other stuff you listed (CA, NY, etc).

If you know someone is an illegal they should be taken from wherever they are and deported, if they fight waste them.
They have no right to sue in our courts be cause they have no rights, It is our Constitution and they violate it everyday of their miserable existence.
They should be arrested the minute they appear in court, if only their lawyer shows up, he should be arrested for giving aid and comfort to an enemy of our country as a traitor and subversive.
