I am planning to retire in Iloilo City possible middle of next year. My wife is from there.?

I am a retired USN. Which medical facility in the city I can use for medical services. I understand, I will have to pay first and then file a claim with Tricare in Japan for reimbursement.

I remember you from the last time you posted. If I were you I'd contact the Retired Activities Office at the old Subic Bay base. These guys should be able to answer all your questions with up to date information. It's been 13 years since we moved back to the states.
