What's the best way (and how) to get Canadian citizenship (I don't speak French) without marriage?

I'm U.S. citizen, college student.

Answer:
what does French have to do with it?

You do realize, that you may have to forfeit your US citizenship if you want to get citizenship in another country?

Further, the USA will not recognize your citizenship to Canada, unless you renounce your US citizenship. Once renouncing your US citizenship - good luck getting back.

You probably should look into residency instead. Many of the same benefits, without all of the legal wranglings. And, a right to return to the USA whenever you want. And, collect Social Security. If you give up your citizenship. You loose SSI.
French and English are the common languages in Canada.
