Instead of disgusing it as a welfare office, set up a flea market. As they look through, spending their remaining US dollars, they will unknowningly cross the border themselves. The entrance to the flea market is on the US side, and the exit is on the Mexico side.
We kill to birds with one stone...we sell worthless crap to them, getting our US dollars back into our economy, AND we get the illegal immigrants back on their side.
Just for the record, I have no beef with LEGAL immigrants. It is the illegal immigrants that cause economic hardship.

People need to realize there is nothing racist about enforcing immigration laws. Also, Mexicans are not U.S. Native Americans. In fact, Mexicans and U.S. Native Americans never got along. Mexicans used to try to attack U.S. Native Americans
That border was there one thousand years ago. The root Native American language of the Soutwest was spoken all of the way to Alaska. It was not spoken in Mexico. Mexicans speak a different language.
Mexico also deports its illegal aliens.
