northern canada is very beautiful and most of the time very cold..not easy to find employment unless you know someone there.
European immigrants might like Canada because there are opportunities to build your own lovely home there as opposed to Europe where building something new and nice is difficult unless your very wealthy

Actually, it is more beneficial to Canada, as we need skilled people to help settle and develop the Canadian north.
The climate can be harsh at times, but job opportunities are there with decent pay.
