How can I bring a girl from the Phillipines over to America?

There is a girl that I am in love with in the Phillipines. She is 31 and has two kids. She and I are really into each other and she wants to come to America and bring her kids. What are diffrent options to get her here? I know of the K-1 Visa, but what would I have to do? What does she have to do? And how long does it take?

Answer:
Have you actually traveled to the Philippines and met her in person yet? If not, that's your first step. It's required.

Second, file an I-129F and all the supporting documents with the CIS. If you call them and explain the situation they'll send you a packet with everything you need.

After you file you'll get a letter from CIS in a couple months. They will give you your case number and forward everything to the embassy in Manila. The embassy will send a packet to your fiancee. It will have all the instructions she needs to do her part. After she's completed everything she'll send it back, or turn it in personally.

She and her kids will then need to take physical exams at the St. Luke's Hospital Clinic. The exam results will be sent to the embassy. Any mention by her, or her kids, of any illegal drug use, even 1 time, will disqualify her for life from coming to the USA. Believe me, the doctor will ask, especially the kids.

The embassy will process everything and contact her for an interview appointment.

She will be personally interviewed by a US consular officer who will approve the visa or deny it.

It's very important that you can prove you have a real relationship with this woman. You need pictures of the two of you together. You need letters to and from each other AND the envelopes they came in. You need to save your emails to and from each other. You need to save copies of your phone bills showing the calls. You need airline ticket stubs and hotel bills from your trip.

At her interview she needs to know everything about you. Such as... where you work, all the names of your family members (it's best if she actually speaks on the phone with some of your family members...they'll ask if she has), your birthday, where you intend to live after you get married (home, apartment, city, state). If you're divorced she needs to know all about that too. Remember, she needs to convince the consular office that she has a legitimate relationship with you. How will it look if she doesn't know your mother's name?

Plan on it taking, from start to finish, 8 months to a year.
be patient,it will take some time and search the immigration rules.
i dont know. all i can say be patient because philippine agencies are too slow if you dont give tip to them. it may take 6 months to a yr
There has been passed through legislation changes to the K-3 /K-4 non-immigrant Visas. See site below for details.

Good luck!
try with a fake passeport
Bring her to Mexico the just walk in from there.
Why not just marry her? I guess you have thought of that and aren't ready.

I will give you this: I dated a couple filipinas when I was in the Navy (stationed in Hawaii).

I can see why you would be taken by them. The good ones really know how to take care of their men.
Yak, you sound like you've done this before. Yup he is right on the money. Best Answer for me.
