Marrying a friend on a B-2 Visa?

Answer:
If you marry her, and the marriage is genuine, you can file the I-130 petition and the I-485 request for adjustment of status (and all their included additional forms) in a single package at the same time. Even if your girlfriend's I-94 has expired, as long as she entered legally the adjustment will probably be granted and she can get her green card.
SHUTUP NOOB
I wonder if you realize just how illegal that is. She being here on a B-2 tourist visa that expires in a week. And you or her deceiving the immigration department using fraud purpose by having her come here so you can marry her. You suck like all the others who pull this stunt too.
That won't happen. If you do that, she'll probably be deported. Or since she'll be illegally in the country you'll both live in fear.
What you need to do is let her go back home and apply for a K-1 visa (fiance visa) for her to come to the US. Once you get that, she can come and you can get married and start filing the papers for her permanent residence.
For what I know one of the things the USCIS dislike most is when people don't do things the way they expect. And they can make your life very miserable, believe me. You'll probably end up living in Korea, as it has happened to many American citizens that have not done things the way the USCIS wants.
