With all our tax money bein paid every second-should we believe there isn't enough 2 make U.S. a better cntry?

Answer:
Tax money doesn't make any country better. It only makes its citizens more dependent on the government.

Free trade and an open economy make countries better, as they promote job growth, innovation, and wealth accumulation.
Since we don't control the purse strings, it is a moot question. The schools and hospitals NOW are failing. It is no time to take on an even greater inflow of people as the bill would have done. You need the facilities and capacity FIRST.
The problem is all the corruption that takes place before the funds can get to where they can do the most good.
People, especially women are shopping at the malls and young Americans from the rural areas are fighting this nonsensical idealogical war.
