NO. westernization in type of culture followed by certain set of people and modernization is relative term of advancement. Like you could have modern thoughts/technology as compared to some other country/time of region.
No Every people of can live modernise but they will be lover of God his own religion.
They are two different things. To modernize is to have the technology including medical advances and computers etc. To westernize is to adopt values or mannerisms.
It happens that with the internet and people interacting so much, values and mannerisms are shifting but it is in BOTH directions, as far as I can tell.
