If president Bush can not pass his immigration bill, what will be the result?

Its a great day for the law abiding citizens and legal immigrants of the USA!
Now if we could start enbforcing our current immigrationlaws, we would be on the right track.
Bush wont get his North American Union between Mexico, the USA and Canada. It was a win win for the people of the USA!
The result will be that Bush will go down in history as the worst president of all time.
Thank GOD this bill didn't pass. For me, I will work very hard to replace both of my states US Senators, who voted Yes for this turkey. I hope anyone else who was against the bill reviews how their "representative" voted. I contacted both of mine many times, along with numerous other "constituents". Bush and the rest of congress don't give a darn about what "we the people" want, only what serves their purposes. I for one am SICK OF IT! They work for me and they seem to have forgotten that.

The result IS that all the illegals get to stay tax free...like they always have...because people can't come to an agreement on a reform that might actually HELP us. Nothing will change.

Unclear, at this point. The issue hasn't gone away, of course. But maybe we can convince our representatives there are better ways to solve it than opening our borders and schools and services to masses that would completely swamp their ability to function.
