Immigration question Please Help!!!?
Answer:
You should visit a lawyer so that he can properly instruct you on what to do
As long as your husband is a citizen doens't seem that there is an imediate threat to be deported.
yeah most likely you want to figure out what all those long words mean when theyre put together and then figure out if it puts you in any danger of losing your greencard
What I would do is go to USCIS.gov and check the EAC/SRC/WAC receipt number online there, and if it says it is approved, print it out. Also, I would submit the evidence they are asking from you.(Not Originals) I would write a brief letter to the Office requesting the evidence explaining baiscally "here's the evidence you requested. Further on the uscis website, it states our petition has been approved. Please if you have any further inquiries, do not hesitate contacting me. " I would submit the original request for evidence, the evidence and exhibits, and a copy of the approved notice from uscis.gov. Good luck with your immigration!
