You have the right idea to a point. We have the illegals build the wall at prison wages (typically 25-75 cents an hour.) Where you go wrong is the gate. They finish the wall, we "help" them over it heading south, and then we add the concertina wire. No gate.

The problem with having them build it, is that they would find a way to make trap doors, or hidden areas in the wall to sneak back in,,thats they way they are,,don't you know this by now,,,???
