Answer:
If he is not here legally, here is what you do...SEND HIS ILLEGAL (CRIMINAL) @SS BACK TO MEXICO!
Yes you can get married however it will not guarantee him citizenship. He will have a hard time with no id. How does he cash his paychecks?
A friend told me that US functionaries and police are very easy to bribe , that is the best way.
Marry him. Having two U.S. citizen children will greatly facilitate the process of acquiring legal status, unless he has serious criminal convictions, which I doubt.
yes you can, but he will need to apply for citizenship
No.
You sound too stupid to fill out paperwork anyway. Just keep sitting on the couch watching Oprah and Dr. Phil and waiting for the check from the gummint and spitting out those welfare babies.
ADDENDUM: Nathan: What paychecks?
Sorry about all the moron goobers who insulted you, just ignore them..I
You really need to contact an attorney so he can navigate you through the process, yours sounds complicated.I am not sure, but in order to marry him, he must be in the country legally.Talk to a lawyer, best of luck!
I have no idea. But knowing the risk why would you bring children into this ? How are you going to support two children once he is deported? Your life, your choice and I really have no right to say this, well, yes I do. Do yourself a favor and get a grant to get back in school so that your children have a chance at a decent way of life. You owe them that.
